2021 - 06 - 19

ملخص البحث

Hypertension disease characterize an intense health issue for  improving countries. grant to the studies of the world health organization (WHO), that about 40% of adults Iraqi suffered from hypertension. Some causes of infrequent monogenic lead to hypertension, but the predominance of hypertension is likely to be multifactorial disorder, due to interference of environmental and genetic factors. Outcome of PCR-SSCP for uromodulin promoter gene illustrated that two several  haplotypes confer to the numbers of the bands in the uromodulin promoter gene containing  bands 4 and 5 . But, these haplotype was reveal among two groups; in hypertension patient groups and control,  results appear that was related among  bands4 and 5  in patients as contrast with  group  control .
