Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The paper has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
- The submission file must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx).

The Word file must include:
- The full names of all authors,
- Their complete and accurate institutional affiliations,
- Their official email addresses, and
- The corresponding author clearly marked with an asterisk (*).
# No changes, deletions, or additions to these details will be permitted after submission. - The paper must be written exclusively in English.
- The similarity index from all sources must not exceed 20%, verified by TURNITIN.
- The use of AI writing or content generation tools must not exceed 25%, ensuring that the paper reflects the authors’ original scholarly contribution.
- All reviewed papers presented at ISCKU 2026 will be submitted to Scopus-indexed journals for possible publication.
- The final decision on acceptance, rejection, and publication scheduling lies entirely with the editors of the respective journals, not with the conference organizers.
- The indexing process in Scopus is governed solely by Elsevier’s procedures and policies, independent of the conference.
- The conference bears no responsibility for journal editorial decisions, publication timelines, or indexing outcomes.
- Paid fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including author withdrawal for any reason.
